Clubhouse Circle

At the heart of Waterford

is our Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball, Bocce

Courts, and a playground.

The Sandy Beach for Volleyball and the Kayak launch are adjacent

to the circle.

Basketball Court

The Basketball Court is a half court and is

on the Mutltipurpose Court 6 shared

by Tennis and Pickleball.

Billiards

The Billiards Room is in the Clubhouse and is

open from 5am til 11pm. The room contains

a Billiards table, a Foosball table and

gaming table for checkers or chess.

Bocce Courts

Our two Bocce Courts are available at

the Clubhouse Circle

Bocce is a fun and social game

here at Waterford. All are welcome to

come out to play

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is in a wing of the Clubhouse

and is available from 5am to 11pm.

The Fitness Center contains both

Cardio, Strength training equipment.

Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes are conducted in the multi-purpose

room at the clubhouse. Some of the options are

Yoga, Fitness Classes, Pilates and Line Dancing.

Kayak Launch

A Kayak Launch is available at the Sandy Beach.

Launch from here to explore miles of canals.

Osprey Lake

Osprey Lake is a 10-acre natural lake, enjoyed by kayak,

canoe and fishing enthusiasts.

This lake is the anchor to our 17 miles of controlled freshwater

ponds and canals.

Pickleball

Pickleball is played on Court 5 and 6.

We have 4 permanent courts on court 5

and 2 temporary courts on court 6.

Pool

Our pool is open from April 15th to October 30th

and from 6am til dusk, many residents

enjoy lap swimming and water aerobics.

Tennis

Tennis is available on courts 1 through 4 and

we have 4 permanent courts and

another full court on our Multi-purpose Court 6.

Walking and Biking Trails

Waterford has miles of walking and biking paths

and pedestrian bridges to navigate the community

There are also numerous groups such as Art, Technical, Dining Out, Quilting Bees, Poker and Mahjongg just to name a few. Members can explore our website to find the many opportunities to join in and engage your interests.
