Hello All Homeowners:
Due to the concern over the COVID-19 exposure and for the safety of our employees, their families and our customers we have adjusted our normal business hours to Monday thru Thursday 9:00 to 5:00 with a lot of our staff working alternating days in the office and practicing social distancing. Our managers will still be available via email or phone during these times. We are closing both the Brunswick County and New Hanover County offices on Fridays, however, please note the managers will be available by emailing them directly or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payments may be made online by registering your account at www.cepco-nc.com or by calling our office at 910-395-1500 or contacting the accounting department at email@example.com. Payments can also be mailed to your Association c/o CEPCO PO Box 99545, Raleigh, NC 27624.
Architectural Requests should be emailed as below:
Magnolia Greens and all sub associations therein should be sent to Debbie Lentz at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Waterford and all sub associations therein should be sent to Crystal Gore at email@example.com.
All other Architectural Requests should be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your association has a pool, please be advised that New Hanover County and Brunswick County are still issuing permits with the stipulation that the pools and pool decks remain CLOSED until authorized to open by the Governor. We will notify everyone of the opening date as soon as we get notification that they are safe to open.

The charge for payments made by credit card will be 3.25% of the payment.

Hello All Homeowners:
Due to rising cost, our third-party payment processor company will begin implementing an echeck processing charge beginning August 1, 2019.
The following conditions on eChecks will apply:
· Each eCheck processed through our website will incur a fee of $1.99. This fee will be charged at the time the payment is made and will be debited from the homeowner's bank account. For example, if the payment is $100.00, and payment is made by eCheck, the homeowner would have one debit of $100.00 and one debit of $1.99. This fee will be displayed to the homeowner prior to their final submission of the payment.
If a homeowner has a recurring eCheck payment setup prior to 8/1/19, their recurring payments will not be charged the eCheck fee. A fee will be charged if they change their existing setup or add a new setup.
Homeowners do have options to avoid the $1.99 eCheck fee:
The homeowner can use their bank's online BillPay service.
The homeowner may initiate an ACH Draft. eCheck fees do not apply to Management Company administered ACH.

2) if you submit a paper check, there will be no fee
3) if you submit your payment using your online bill pay through your bank, there will be no fee
4) the credit card fee will still be the same as before (3.25% of the payment amount)
5) if you are on ACH (where CEPCO drafts your account) you do not have to do anything and there will be no fee
